A very nice hotel..The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at many different hotels in this area and this is by far the best. They have a nice gas fire pit outside you can sit around. The rooms are spacious and modern and clean. Definitely will be our go to when we visit again. 10/10.

Very nice and clean hotel outside of the main road. Good breakfast and well served. Water temp in the pool was cold though which made it uneasy to get in. Overall a nice stay!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Brattleboro, and I must say that their team is truly unmatched. The level of friendliness, accommodation, and flexibility exhibited by the staff was simply outstanding. Special mention must go to Jennifer, who works the breakfast area. She is incredible, greeting everyone by name and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere each morning. Her dedication to customer care is evident and highly appreciated. Rudy and the maintenance team were also fantastic. They were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs promptly and efficiently. Another brilliant standout is Kalee, our Events Coordinator for a conference we hosted there. Having conducted hundreds of training sessions at various conference facilities over the past two decades, I can confidently say that Kalee is the best events coordinator I have ever worked with. Her efficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional service were remarkable. Well done, Holiday Inn Express Brattleboro, for having such an amazing team. Your commitment to excellence in customer service makes all the difference.

Very beautiful area staff was very nice and helpful the key cards were so cute made of wood! Wish they had pillow top beds but that is just not picking this is really a nice stay and the fire circle out front is lovely!

First time hopefully not our last. Since we walked in it was great. The staff was welcoming. Beth answered all questions and was very welcoming. But Debbie, wow. She was managing everything at breakfast. She was on top of it. Make sure every was refilled as soon as it finished. She was great. The room was big and comfy for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool as weak. The temp was Good for a late swim.
