The staff messed up my reservation and I was charged for a no-show that just wasn't true. Tried to fix it with Expedia but the hotel declined. Spoke with a person at the hotel and they understood the issue but needed their manager to approve it. Said the manager would call me the next day. That was 4 days ago. Now when I call the hotel no one answers and the voicemail box is "full" so I can't even leave a message for the manager. Just terrible service.

Walls made of paper. One of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was no conditioner in the shower which was cool to find out in the middle of showering. Staff was awesome super friendly and kind. Everything was really clean.

Decent stay for not too much money, near Brattleboro and Putney which was convenient. I liked their fireplace in the lobby and the complimentary cookies. The hotel could use some updates on lighting though, and cleaner carpets.
