A little iffy but nice staff

Check in was easy and front desk staff nice. We had trouble with our TV so ended up switching rooms. The TV still didn’t work, the toilet was gross, there was 2 used bars of soap in the shower and something splattered on the TV. Breakfast was good with many choices.

Poor Brattleboro Vermont experience

We stayed for 5 nights and had our room sort of cleaned one time. Each day we had to ask for bath towels. We were told by one employee that for stays over 2 night the cleaning policy was once every two days. Today, the manager explained to us that requested cleanings needed to be made on line. We were never informed about this policy. On the positive side, the two staff members that prepared breakfast each morning were very hard working. A pretty poor experience for $900+.

We came to Brattleboro for a concert and the Comfort Inn provided just what it advertised - a comfortable place to stay for a decent rate. We loved how convenient it is to downtown. As far as the amenities go, we did not check out the pool or gym, but loved the free cookies available all day! The breakfast included was just average and not available on our second morning due to the kitchen being short staffed. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

We were given a room that was for handicapped person. The shower set up so a wheelchair could be used and did not have a lip to prevent the water from spreading. The shower drain was plugged and ended up flooding the entire bathroom and most of the area outside the bathroom door before realizing the problem.

Good value hotel

I was staying for one night with my family. We were greeted kindly by the hostess and had an adequate breakfast in the morning. My 10-year-old daughter and I tried to use the pool, but it was quite quite chilly. Perhaps they could add a heated pool or something. The gym was enough for me and my daughter to use.

Our room didn’t get cleaned from our first night stay. They did have soup available in the evening which was nice. One to customer only but still nice. I’ve never seen that at any other hotels.

The night clerk was FABULOUS. Probably one of the mos personable young lady i have had the pleasure of meeting in some time. She is the reason i would stay again. Loved the breakfast and coffee. The bed was the best i have stayed in awhile.
