Un maravilloso lugar, hermosas vistas, habitaciones cómodas, todo limpio y con un staff excepcional, como por ejemplo jennifer en recepción atenta a resolver cualquiera duda o los chicos de cocina y la barra como Leo, Ariel y Donald. Todos destacándose por su buena voluntad, simpatía y amabilidad. Sumado a esto, los paradisiacos paisajes de Playa Brasilito y Playa Conchal, lo hacen un lugar el cual sabes que debes volver a visitar. 100% recomendable.

You can only say so much if the price is right. The highlight of this stay is the location; Brasilito is the most walkable and generally well equipped of all of the surrounding areas for the price. It has several great restaurants, ice cream places, all for a good price. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the hotel is quite serene with its foliage and animals, and we even got to see monkies once. Some of the hotel, like our room, was slightly run down with a light that flickered, etc. There isn't much sound isolation so your neighbors might wake you up, but the beds were comfy. We found the included breakfast unfortunately subpar compared to other restaurants. The restaurant's dinner prices were also very steep as is the case in general at a hotel. The staff were very dedicated and why I had a hard time writing this review because they were so nice. Next time we will consider somewhere else, maybe on the beach.

Hotel is close to the beach, many great restauraunts nearby including soda brasilito and shogun. Hotel restauraunt was amazing and even better was the staff. Everyone was very friendly especially Don who served us every morning for breakfast. We definitely will be back!

It’s not clear from info about this place that it’s directly on a highway and not easy access to a beach. It’s also a bar restaurant that has music at night that may disrupt guests. Also it smelled like a bathroom in the common areas, maybe due to some cleaning product? I’m sure it’s fine for some folks, but we got there with our kids and realized it was not a good match, so ended up forfeiting our prepaid stay and found a different spot.

Our stay at Conchal was amazing! Great location and cleanness was top priority. The owners of this hotel have staff that are top notch! Donald made sure we felt welcomed and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and the cooks did an outstanding job! We even ate dinner there and did not disappoint. We will be back and look forward to our stay and seeing the friendly staff!!

Everyone here was very friendly. We didn't need an all-inclusive, or five star resorts, nor did we want one. We wanted a place that was clean, comfortable enough, and close enough to various activities, where we could sleep, put our stuff, and have a home base. We got that and much much more. We arrived and the friendly staff immediately showed us to our roomes and served a welcome beverage. We were hungry because we'd been on the go all day, and the restaurant staff made us a pizza even though the kitchen was starting to shut down. Every morning for breakfast, and every evening for dinner our servers were delightful and the food was delicious. The room was very comfortable and the hotel atmosphere was charming. It was also very easy to get to the beach. If our travels take us back to Guanacaste in the future, we will certainly visit Conchal Hotel again. Muchas gracias por todos!

We normally stay at big chain hotels but decided on a small cozy one this time around, and I am so glad we did. The property is so nice and has such vibrant colors. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The breakfast is included and is so delicious. You get a few options and it is made to order. Watch the birds when you’re eating. They are super quick. If you’re staying in this area, I highly recommend you stay here.

I really enjoyed the uniqueness of this boutique hotel your in our own tropical oasis the rooms are clean just make sure you have robes and blow dryers in room and that your safe works .. food was delicious service with a smile they also help with transportation tours and book a massage. She was amazing. Walking distance to the beach must do a horseback riding and watch the sunsets gorgeous

This is a comfortable and easy going place to stay. The staff are friendly, good breakfast is included, the housekeeping is thorough. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the enormous bed. It is a very short walk from the beach. Nice little pool and oasis around it.
