Where are our three beds
I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔

Maravilhoso!
Hotel perto do eixo monumental, do estádio nacional e do shopping Conjunto Nacional. Limpo, agradável, mas, tem problema de silêncio, quase 1h da madrugada e gente conversando alto no corredor dos quartos, as 6h já tenha passos e barulho também, fora isto, tudo tranquilo.

O Piso do quarto estava volto, podendo causar um acidente. Não tinham quartos disponíveis para me acomodar. No dia seguinte tive que fazer diversas deslocamentos para o novo quarto. A comida do hotel é boa, porem, ao pedir para substituir um dos componentes do prato, me fizaram pagar como se estivessebpedindo algo adicional.

Hotel com boa localização, mas sem manutenção.
O que vale a pena é a localização e limpeza, mas falta manutenção no prédio. O ar condicionado ficava apenas no 17 graus, não aumentava/diminuía; a manopla para ligar o chuveiro do lado quente estava quebrada e caía várias vezes, podendo até acertar nosso pé e machucar devido ao peso; a cama era de mola, o que balançava e fazia barulho ao se mexer.

O hotel é antigo e tem diferença entre os quartos. Os quartos de 301 em diante já foram renovados mas os quartos do andar do 101 são muito antigos, com mobília antiga e já bem desgastada.
