This was a great property but was surprised at the amount of resort fees that were applied without notification upon booking nor upon arrival. Resort fees per day were as much as the nightly fee. $250 in daily resort fees. For that reason alone we would not stay here again.

Very nice facility. Great views from the one bedroom suite. Have daily activities, nice comfortable bed. Kitchens had all the supplies you need…only downfall is that they do not provide housekeeping at all during your stay. You can text for them to bring towels etc and pick up trash but no one cleans the room.

Room 207B specifically was the unit I rented. Booked for 4 nights total. When we arrived, we checked the unit for any damages etc. Upon review we found the following items: couch cushions with numerous stains on them, window curtains in the bedroom with numerous stains on the lower portion, windows that were not sealed and let in either hot or cold air depending on the outside temperature, and a damaged closet door inside the bathroom from an entry door hitting in the same location. Additionally, we found ants in the bedroom, which we believe were coming in through the broken seal on the exterior window. Just to note, level 2 has a landing on the lake side that everyone decides to use as a smoking platform, which is basically right next to the unit's outdoor patio/balcony. Hard to enjoy the balcony unless you wanted to smell like smoke. Not ideal for if you have kids either, since they end up smelling like smoke if they sit on the balcony while people decide that's the perfect place to smoke with no consideration for others. Very nice staff working, but do not recommend this property for the reasons listed above.

Nice resort

Stayed here because we found it on hotels.com and was just as cheap as a regular hotel. Picked it because it had a hot tub and offered breakfast but when we arrived neither was offered. Bought the timeshare at the presentation and received a text welcoming us as a WOW member but because our membership was in pending status the desk clerk wouldn’t give us our discount when we bought some food at the store. Other than those issues it’s a nice place.

This property is so gorgeous right in Table Rock Lake. I was super worried because we were traveling with my parents who had lots of health problems . The staff was so kind made sure we had everything we needed . The made check in easy and made sure our condo were together . The condos were so beautiful, clean, updated and handicap accessible . We will for sure stay there again !

Pros: beds were comfy! Kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. Good space, price. Cons: the living room furniture needs to be replaced they are stained and super uncomfortable like a college dorm furniture that has been through a few drunken nights. Everything else was comfortable and pretty clean but this was a big issue for us. No smart TVs or if their was a smart TV it WiFi was turned off and you couldn’t get connected even to our personal hotspot. Smart TVs are almost a must now days especially in a more homelike setting. I don’t know where they found the washer and dryer but I have bigger ones in my RV they were sooooo small again if offering more of a homelike setting they need to be bigger.
