I ended up staying somewhere else. Booked this hotel because of the indoor water park which is no longer with this hotel. We had stayed here several times in the past and my kids loved it. When I went to check in was told they no longer had the water park it was now with another hotel. Refused to refund my stay that did not happen.

We were there for a few days and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were very nice. Easy check in and friendly staff. We would recommend it to everyone.

Such great staff that is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The pool no longer exists on this property but I had found this out at the time of booking so I wasn’t surprised. The $7.50 breakfast seemed sketchy at first in a very creepy looking theater but pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! I would stay here again if we visit Branson again.

This is a very nice, clean place, central to many activities. I marked the staff and facility a little lower because the toilet needed a new flapper, I asked twice, and it never was taken care of. Even so, the front desk staff was lovely.

The room was really nice. This was a last minute booking at night(11pm, but we didn’t make it to check in till 12:45, but staff was very nice and helpful). Wish we could have stayed longer. It was actually nicer than what we had already had. Room was comfortable. No complaints!

The hotel was empty for a reason. The room smell, they had no cleaning staff. Pool has been closed for months. We stayed for two days and they did not clean the room or gave us new towels. Looks like it was going out of business.
