I would not stay here again. We checked in at 3 our tv in our room wouldn't work so we called the front desk they said they'd have it fixed we left to go shop and eat got back around 9 TV still didn't work called desk someone came in the end at 10 at night we were switched rooms. So not a good start. They do't have luggage racks your suitcase sits on the floor. The refrigerator is on the floor. They don't provide housekeeping we were there 3 days, we found a person in the hall and got towels, toliet paper coffee etc. The front staff are very friendly, not one housekeeping staff spoke english. The pool was so packed with kids each day and night and is the tiniest pool I've ever seen for a 457 room hotel so didn't get to swim. Breakfast was ok but didn't like eating the same thing for 3 days biscuits and gravy eggs and sausage. Very kid friendly. Parking is horrible. Beds are very comfy. Just seems like the are very cheap but not on price

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant was very good. The pool is half inside and half outside, and the inside portion is not very big. It was too cold to stay outside, so the inside portion was quite crowded. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Hotel smells terrible and mold everywhere

Rented a king suite for spring break, for $150 a night I didnt expect to have mold growing from the ceilings, a terrible sofa bed, the smell of weed in the hallways and coming from all the employees, housekeeping had children with them while cleaning rooms, and breakfast wasnt great. Front desk staff wasn't friendly and acted like we bothered them by even being there. We will not be back! I could have stayed at the holiday inn and had a nicer room for less money!

I liked how we were able to get free buffet breakfast, I did not however like how busy the elevators were. There was no access to stairs so the only way up and down the 8 stories is the elevator. And it would get busy!! They had a leak upstairs in a bathroom above us and water was dripping on my girlfriend’s head and I complained and it was fixed the day after. I was never told sorry or offered a different room. I probably won’t be coming back here and I will try a different hotel when I am in Branson.

Overall, nicely located hotel for a stayin Branson. The facilities are bit outdated, but they were clean and the staff was nice. Parking was free/easy, and there was a free breakfast buffet which is really nice when you're traveling with kids. Perfectly located to many Branson attractions (it basically shares the parking lot with the Aquarium), so it was perfect for our stay. Thanks!

Great price for what you get! The rooms are cozy & well maintained, and the breakfast was really great! The hotel was pretty busy during my stay, so the front desk & elevator did have some wait time. The pool is also a little small, so it was frequently crowded at night, but on the plus side, it did have heated water. Even though it was busy & sometimes crowded, I still enjoyed my stay! I would definitely revisit again. I even met some kind travelers staying there at the hotel as well. Overall, a good experience.

Okay for a 1 night stay

Stayed 1 night. Went down to relax in the hot tub and there was no room. The pool area was extremely crowded. I thought I had missed the Spring break rush but apparently hadn't. The room was clean and looked updated. We were on the 8th floor and it was quiet but we were as far away from the elevator as you could get. The mini fridge could hold about 12 cans of soda. Check in was fast but check out was slow. Breakfast was the normal stuff, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage links, tater tots, cereal,mini muffins, etc... Bed was good but looked like it had foam mattress topper on it. Overall it was okay. I was too tired to care. Went to sleep and then had breakfast and left. Wish more hotels would not have tubs. 7 yr old had issues with it when showering. Tub was slow draining like most.

The location was convenient. The Wifi was spotty and not great. Concierge was helpful. Breakfast was the exact same thing everyday which was boring but there was plenty of it. We did not have housekeeping once during our 4 day stay but they did bring towels when we requested. I think they were understaffed despite saying there was daily housekeeping. Wish I had known about the show deals before I booked everything.

Raddison was better.

One of the worst stays I’ve had while visiting Branson. Been taking my family for years. Been to many different hotels. Even stayed in this building when it was The Raddison. Arrived a little before 5 and was told my double queen room was not ready. It was supposed to be ready at 4. Not a major deal, it happens! Just a little bit of an inconvenience. Tried to get another room, said nothing was available. They said my room would be ready soon. Waited 30 minutes, room still wasn’t available. I talked with a different person and they said a double queen was available at that time. So I took that. Still the same price as “updated double queen” room. Since they downgraded us to a smaller room, I asked for a rollaway bed. They said they would send one up. Waited 30 minutes, called again, and never got a bed. Finally left for dinner. Got back, called again about a bed. Said they would send one up, waited 30 more minutes. Called again, was told they were out and there was nothing they could do. Overall, terrible stay. Spent over $100 on an “Updated Double Queen Room” and ended up spending over $100 on an outdated double full room, with a leaky shower, broken curtain, and broke closet.

1st room was being worked on. 2nd room they gave us the springs on bed basically poking out. 3rd room well we just gave up and dealt with it. They asked us to stay for a seminar one morning and I said they would have to do a better job at convincing me to purchase anything from them.

The property was pretty well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Dining was convenient. Staff was attentive to our needs. Elevator situation was undesirable partly because it was shared with staff transportating linens and such, maybe because it was so busy because Of all the families there. But we waited one day for about 10-20 minutes so allow extra time for the elevator rides
