Good for the price. Bedding was excellent. Breakfast and John Henry restaurant left a lot to be desired. Food was not that good and expensive for the quality. This is an older hotel that has not been fully updated. Asked for an upgrade when checking in, so another person came over and said I could have the upgrade if I listened to a sales presentation. Wi-fi was pretty slow. I was surprised to hear that there was no room service and I would have to request clean towels, coffee or toiletries. There were not very many places to plug in electronics in the room.

I got to check in early, that was nice. But the front desk pushed and pushed a “time share “ meeting on me. I told her no 5 times or more. Finally she gave me the key! The breakfast was good.

The rooms were a little older as far as decor. Don’t look under the beds. I don’t think they ever vacuum under there. The toilet you had to hold the handle or it wouldn’t flush. Sometimes the toilet tank wouldn’t fill for a little bit. The shower, you had to crank it all the way to hot. And then it would just be warm for your shower.

When we arrived the check in took about 20 min which was a little long. No one explained anything or gave us directions to the elevator. We saw a few roaches in the room... Where there is one there's usually a ton. Had trouble with the TV working. Not our best stay at a hotel. Probably wouldn't pick this hotel for our next stay.

We had a pleasurable experience. The staff were excellent and the proximity to shows, attractions, and dining were also excellent. The one thing that was surprising was the considerable accumulation of dust on the vents and ceiling fan.

Loved the restaurant and bar on the property. Variety in menu and service was spectacular. My room wasn't very clean. The trash can in the bathroom had trash in it, and there was used soap in the shower; that made me question if any of the room was clean.
