Rooms were good, and the property is lovely. Just don;t get into the timeshare if you aren't planning on going. We have been charged $75 for not being able to go. An emergency at home came up and we could not attend.

The room wasn't cleaned like vacuuming and dusting. They did come back and do it which was nice and brought more clean towels. They also could use a living room furniture update Parking lot was full. It was a challenge to find parking. The room could use a furniture update. I did like the resort overall. Lots to do. The room was really big. The sun rooms were cool. .

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay, we have always enjoyed our stays here. We like the full kitchen, fridge, etc. We save a lot of money by being able to reheat leftovers, as well as cooking meals if we want to. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the hide a bed is the best one we have EVER slept on!!! You can’t go wrong staying here.

The location was very easy to get to and from. The price point was good, and the staff were always polite and attentive. Downsides, the indoor pool is undergoing renovations so there is only one small outdoor pool for the resort. Very few chairs to go around the pool as well. The outdoor pool was something that attracted me, so that made it tough figuring out when I could get a chair. The rooms while clean have not been updated. The 90’s vibe is strong in there, and you can see the fixtures are somewhat worn. Walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. I stayed by myself a couple of nights though, and I felt very safe. So, if you are traveling on your own, it is definitely a safe place to stay.

We came to Branson for our anniversary. The room was nice enough, but the walls are very thin we had a family In the room next to us that were pretty loud and the people in the room above us were up all hours of the night stomping around. Be prepared this is a time share scheme. Checkin was fine but then they send you across the lobby to get your parking pass and that is where they try to give you the spill about it. I stopped her before she got started good and she didn’t press on.

Room was nice. Only issue that we experienced was the shower. Lack of pressure is an understatement. I informed the desk as we were checking out as we only used the shower once. The large bathtub was nice to relax in after a lomg day

I really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and roomy. It's not the newest place, but that doesn't bother me. Our screened in balcony was nice. We enjoyed the amenities, such as free mini golf. The location was also nice, only a few minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Steps with no handrail were challenging since I am handicapped. Had a load of laundry waiting for us in the dryer. Bathroom had wet bath and pool towels shoved into the linen closet. Shower curtain was not long enough to cover the entire pole. Carpet was dirty. Wasp in the living room. Need I say more.

So many great amenities on property. Great location for driving to Branson restaurants and activities. Checkin services were excellent. Did not like the overly aggressive sales pitch by the lady at the event arranger station to receive our parking pass. Loved the text option for service requests and checkout. Our room was not restocked with shower curtain and toiletries but the front desk had that remedied right away. Very pleased with the value of our stay.

The customer service and the free amenities that the resort offered were very nice. However, some of the units need to be updated. Our family has stayed at this resort several times and this time, we stayed in Building 23 and it wasn’t as updated as we were used to having at this establishment. There was white caulking around the bathtub and the tub had something in the bottom of it that wouldn’t come out. In the kitchen, the paper was peeling off of the cabinets.
