Multi room air control and no hot water.

No hot water the entire stay and the air conditioner is tied between two rooms (one room controls both) so there was no way for me to cool it down and the room temp was 80 degrees all night. Unable to sleep or take a comfortble shower. Absolutely terrible.

For the most part, I will stay again. I liked the kitchen and kitchenette - Property is Dated, but clean. There was a spider and vents could be cleaner. Staff helpful and nice. I came Saturday 4/12/2025 when the key system wasn’t working. Luckily i had two adjoining rooms so I was able to unlock of one of them. I never did get any communication in regards to when the other door would work so I didn’t bother to follow up.

Ugh

Well this rating is a two fold. I first want to talk about my experience with the staff. My experience with the staff was awesome. From the time we got there, through every issue, the staff was A1. If I could give them a 5 star 🌟, I would, all except Aaron, but I will talk about him a little later. Upon check in, we ran into issues right off the bat. We had to wait so long to check in, that they ended up waiving my resort fee. We rented the two bedroom villa at the resort (room 703), and when we got to the room, the first thing we noticed was the heavy stained carpet. Not just in one room, in all rooms. The.kitchen was nice and stocked with the necessities we needed, but the furniture was so dated, old, and stained that I ended up purchasing a table cover just to feel comfortable enough for my family to eat on. It was a really nice size and roomy enough for my family of 6. The beds were nice, but the tubs in the second bedroom look like it had not been cleaned properly. Later on, I found out by maintenance house keeping that the stains in the tub was old paint that had never been. My boys had to sleep on the pull out hideaway bed that the mattress was so stained that it looked like someone had been unalived on that mattress. It was absolutely disgusting. The blinds were dirty, the area over the bed had something that had been wasted and never cleaned. Activity room and pool was nice.

Our 8 year old wanted to celebrate his birthday in Branson so we decided to book our stay at The Suites at Fall Creek! Very quite area but close to everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We will be returning in June for daughter's 12th birthday!

Our 2 bedroom condo 2121 a/b was horrible. I had to wait 1.5 hours after my arrival time to check in, get up to the condo or was so dirty. Food inside the pull out couch. Dusty. Shower was dirty n didn't work nn unit a. Tried to move to another condo n was told they were all sold out or dirty. Will not go thru them again

Very clean and comfortable beds

We stay at this facility a lot because it is very clean, and close to town but the rooms do need some updates in kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The beds are always comfortable and great pillows.
