We have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times over the years. This is not a 5-star resort and I am sure there are much nicer places in Branson but we keep coming back here because it has everything we need. Good service, fun activities center, a great mini-golf course, pool, hot-tubs, full kitchen in the unit, and a great location that is far enough out of the way to be quiet and close enough to get most places within 10 minutes (depending on Branson traffic of course). I would venture to say this is the best bang for you buck in Branson!

Nice place and location. It was clean but Needs updating. Couch and chairs are worn and need replaced. Carpet need replaced. Just needs updated. Did not use any of the resort items but looks like lots to offer

Like the looks of property. There was no soap in the unit when we arrived. The toilet needed cleaning. The sofa was stained and dirty. A positive was the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. We stayed in a studio. The people staying in the one bedroom lockoff kept there TV in all night!! Not the property’s fault but was very annoying listening to voices all night long.

The rooms were excellent. There were many things to do: 2 pool tables ($1per game), ping pong, foosball, air hockey ($1 per game) miniature golf, an exercise room and indoor pool!!! Very nice! My family was impressed with our stay.

Never again. This place was an utter nightmare, booked a same day stay on Expedia for a 2 room condo. While we were driving the 2 hours to this property my husband and myself were calling the hotel for the entire car ride over and over and for two hours the staff let the phone ring over and over or immediately placed us on hold and never returned. We were calling to inform the staff of our arrival time. When we finally made it to the hotel, 3 young kids exhausted parent, crying infant I was dumbfounded to see Zee and Janell dismiss the incoming calls and guests to both sit around and listen to an old man talk about shooting his rifle. 15 minutes later Zee decided to finally acknowledge that we were waiting to check in, I voiced my frustration in calling for 2 hours with ZERO response to which she responded "we are short staffed" mind you both her and "manager Janell" were just standing around knowingly ignoring guest. I gave her my reservation number, 10 minutes later zee tells us they are overbooked and can't accommodate us! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They didn't think to notify us of this prior??? Save us a 4 hour trip for NOTHING! Then of top of it I had to call back to Expedia for a refund because they couldn't offer any kind of support/assistance at the property and Expedia had to take over and confirm with the property that they were in fact overbooked to issue a refund. Both wouldn't answer Expedia living us waiting longer, until we walked back in and yelled at them to answer

This is a resort property. If you book through Expedia you will pay resort fees of almost $14 per night at the resort in addition to a $200 security deposit on a credit card. The room was nice and had a small kitchen. We used the outdoor hot tub and it was quite enjoyable. We ended up on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t an elevator. If you have mobility issues you should take this into consideration.

I noticed that I was not informed of hotel amenities like the person checking in beside me, that’s always concerning. The person next to me was told about an indoor pool, ability to text, and other amenities, I was told of none. I asked if I could get the parking pass at the reservation desk, as I’ve been to Branson many times and did not want to be presented with a pitch. The lady said she didn’t have them. I politely asked her again, since the previous time I was in Branson the lady told me it wasn’t needed anyway. I went to “concierge” politely informed her after greeting her “just want the parking pass, no pitch.” She looked at me awkwardly and asked me if I was having a bad day. I absolutely was not, I was not rude at all, I just established my boundaries and that was an issue. If someone does not want to entertain a sales pitch that should be respected. I will not be back to this resort.

The rooms are looking old and tired. While clean it just feels tired. The up keep of the luggage carts at our building were in need of desparate repair!! 1 fell apart on us the other squealed so bad it woke us up!! Bathroom was clean but needs grab bars to get out of the deep tub and a little brighter lights.

Beautiful landscaping, lots of things for kids and adults to do outside and close to room, lots of room to spread out. Large clean indoor pool. All utensils needed for cooking and living included in the kitchen. Extra linens, washer and dryer, pool towels, extra pillows were all included. Outdoor grilling area.
