like the quiet environment and clean facility, it would've made our stay better if beds were made daily with fresh towels - at room #3239 - you might want to fix the TV - screen back is unlatched and about to fall over, and AC cold button doesn't light up when pressed; breakfast hour should extend to 11am, and we should be able to eat at our room.

The room was great except for the people above us. Their footsteps were extremely loud and non-stop. That being said, I’ll be sure to request a room on the top floor.

The room was not very clean the tub sounded like it was going to fall threw. You could hear everything outside the room people talking and running. The beds were not comfortable they were to hard
