The room was nothing like photos on line . It was a nice size, bed was clean, bathroom was clean. Although no hot water early in the morning. Gap at front door where air and leaves blew in. Carpet was nasty and torn. Room really needed some updating. Paint and repairs. Also very noisy. Squeaking doors all night. Barking dogs too. Breakfast was good. Cathy was very sweet and very helpful serving all the guests. The staff we saw was very nice and polite. I would not stay here again.
The elevator was out of order, ice machine was out of order, phone in the room was out of order. Room smelled musky. You could hear every footstep of the people above us. Kids jumping around. Got very little sleep either night. Very noisy.
Traveling with my elderly aunt, I told her at breakfast the biscuits were hard not to get one. She has. no teeth. The person on duty was grumpy and said she was only one person. She has everything to do, give her time to fix more. I have a disability and cant climb stairs. They had me on the second floor. I will never stay there again. The night shift last was very nice. Wish everyone was as pleasant wish I had my money back. Don't waste your hard earned money or time. Very, Very disappointing. If any other place had a room I would have left. But nothing budget was available.

The one room attach to office was nice basic...
But the room we got for us and 1 pet was not clean. Carpets stained and only sheets to sleep with. If you needed anything you had to walk across a huge parking lot to get anything extra towels or bed covers.
Our pet used puppy pads but definitely could tell the people before let their animals poop and pee everywhere and its carpeted so smell and cleaniness wasnt good.
We were put in a horrible, dingy room. Sheets were stained. The shower had black mold/marks in it. Paint was peeling off the doors. It also smelled of cigarettes and the toilet seat fell off. Upon checking out to get a refund, the lady was very rude and said because we booked through a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. She didn't even offer us any compensation of any kind. Will never stay here again.

Need a ice machine that works in the building we were staying in especially since it was raining.
The hotel itself is centered right in the middle of the strip so it is in the middle of everything but when we got to our rooms, they were dirty and had cockroaches in them. I told staff but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was amazing and staff member were so sweet! The rooms definitely need work to them.
Breakfast was OK. I reserved a room with a pool view that had a n inside door, but the water heater blew up (that's the reason I could not get the room I reserved). I was moved to another building where I had to walk across the parking lot and to the other end of the building for breakfast and the pool (which I did not use because I didn't want to walk there with the temperatures below freezing. The ice machine was on the second floor and the elevator was not working. When I went to check out, I tried to get some ice but the machine was broken.
After I made the reservation, I was a little concerned seeing the ratings on this hotel. But once we got there I realized that the hotel was very nice. Yes it's a little old but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was as good as any other hotel we stayed in.

Clean, budget friendly hotel. Friendly front desk gal.
I did enjoy the location of this property and the large parking lot was nice!! The pool was not heated but was indoors, but the hot tub was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
