When we checked in, an additional $109 was charged to my credit card. I was unaware of this additional charge after the full payment with Hotels.com We were also told by the resort that we would receive a Visa card if we did their timeshare spill, that turned out not to be the truth. The Gift Card is mailed to you within 2-3 weeks. Ok for us, as we weren’t counting on it when we got there. But was still misleading.

We stayed in early December, so the property photo was beautiful online we wish we could have enjoyed that view, nothing anyone can do about that except we should return in another season. Our coffee maker went on strike, we stopped @ the front desk and within 15 min we had a new one delivered and set up. Thank you!!! Everything was wonderful for our stay; we would recommend and would stay again!

Everything you almost could need!
We had a wonderful stay. It was the getaway we needed. Nice quiet area, super friendly staff, pool, hot tub & water slide were greatly enjoyed. Comfortable bed, beautiful, relaxing views from back patio with comfortable seating. Smores were served & hot cocoa! Game room tons of fun! Only needed a little convenience store but that was only .5 miles away. Do wish they had elevator or ramp to upper level.
