Overall our stay was restful and nice. Breakfast was good. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had hoped, based off customer ratings. The hallway carpet was stained in a few areas which made me feel like it wasn’t clean and therefore maybe not clean in the room. The tables used for breakfast were dirty. The elevator floor was wet every time we got on. Very friendly staff though and the bed was comfortable.

Checked in to the room and my room was hot. The shower had a used band aid in it. The next day i noticed the room still hot and the battery was low on AC. At breakfast the waffle makers weren’t working properly. They had a group of young boys there and they were running up and down the hall. When I went out to the elevator I noticed they were playing hide and seek. I told front desk and nothing was done. It went all most of the next morning as well.

This hotel was great. Super clean, everything looked brand new. Staff was nice and always smiling. I loved that this hotel was located off of the main Branson strip, and was very quiet and convenient. It is still located very close to the strip, but is much easier to commute to and from. I would stay here again and again .

Nice, but we paid for the more expensive room and it was right by the elevator. We could hear every time it dinged when it came to our floor and the ice machine was right across from our room. Very loud with all the traffic and only one elevator for the whole hotel. I would suggest putting on a better seal for the door. Might help with the sound.
