Didn't like having to go to 3 different buildings for different services. Packing one with check in another building to get to room and across the street for breakfast which is not free and over priced. The restaurant and bar were pretty unfriendly .

The facilities and views were amazing. Walking out onto the landing was great. The staff I worked with to check in was not kind or willing to help. He treated me like I did not belong there. Everything was great except the carpet was a bit weird and the tub drain did not work. The check out staff was amazing!

One day got back to room and temperature was 79. Not sure if housekeeper reset it back of if automatically resets but 79 in the room is too warm. Tikd no breakfast bt then told we could go across the street for breakfast. Just be consistent.

Upon checking in we were "upgraded" from a king deluxe to a king jr suite. I use quotations because its not really an upgrade if the room they put you in does not have working A/C. After contacting the front desk we were informed they had no king rooms left, but they were going to "upgrade" us free of charge to a double queen room with a view. The "view" was of the building across the street. The second room had dried toothpaste and what looked like beard clippings in the bathroom sink, and bugs in the shower. When it came time to go to bed, the music coming off the landing was so loud it made it impossible to fall asleep. Also the queen beds seemed really small, maybe they're actually full size beds. All in all, I expect more from a hotel that charges nearly $400/night.
