The bed and pillows were very hard. Not a fan of that. I was glad that there was a sheet on the bed, I have stayed at hotels that have started using only the duvet and if you get too warm, it’s not good. The place was clean and the staff was wonderful, but the comfort level was not what I like

Branson Landing location is nice. Easy access to shopping, food, and The Branson Strip. The hotel appeared clean. The area is safe. In terms of the staff: the first lady I encountered at the front desk was not exactly welcoming. We arrived at 3:10 pm. She told us the room was ready, but then said there would be a $25 fee for an early check-in (4pm is standard). I understand rules, but the delivery of the information was rude. We decided to go eat and come back. The next gentleman was much nicer. In terms of hotel conditions: We stayed in the updated north tower. The shower broke on the first night. Was still somewhat operational (had to use as handheld, but no big deal). The second day, it broke completely. We alerted the front desk staff, who said "I will tell the engineer.". The shower was never fixed during our stay, nor were we offered another room. Luckily, the room had a bathtub as well, so we could still bathe. The air conditioning ran the entire stay. Lots of difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room.

Sheet and one pillowcase had stains on them, but housekeeping gave us a clean one. I wish they would’ve seen this before putting on and got rid of the stained ones

Not a good experience

We rented three rooms in which all rooms had some kind of disrepair in them. They say they are pet friendly, but you also have to pay $100 deposit for the room that your pets are staying in.. for the shape of the rooms I feel that $250 is a little steep for one night stay. We had neighbors that smoked weed in the room for two nights of the day made our room two rooms over stink like weed and our clothes and belongings started stinking like it too.. because we rented through Hotels.com considered a third-party. They would not compensate us anything for the problems that we had, including staff entering our room when we had the privacy placard on. We also ran into New Year’s Eve people partying loudly in the hallways from midnight to 2 AM.. we were OK with people celebrating the new year, but two hours of it is a little excessive of blowing horns and yelling and screaming. Yes, it was nice to be able to just walk down and go shopping on the landing, but the rooms had carpet that were lifted places on the wall that were peeling tiles that were broken in the bathroom bathrooms and when we came into our room, there was a sucker on the floor and the bathroom floor was dirty. The room that my daughter and my sister stayed in something was biting my sister, and she has bumps all over her.

It was a good stay. Wasn't exactly told the truth about the events that were going on in the area, but we had fun the best we could. We'll be back :)
