The room was clean. The tub needs to be replaced or resurfaced as it has cracks in it. I placed a towel in the bottom of the tub in order to not get anything in my feet. The new carpet is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel will make a physical copy of your DL!
Upon check in and after paying online, they required my drivers license and made a hard copy of it. I told them that was ridiculous and I wanted it back upon checkout. I had to argue with the clerk to get that copy back. NOBODY needs a physical copy of your DL! The bathroom was incredibly small and the beds were hard as a rock. Wouldn't every stay there again! And I have stayed in a lot of hotels lately!

Grand View is our first choice when visiting Branson. It’s central on the strip and you can easily access the alternative routes. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We’ve visited a few other hotels because of no vacancy here, but always end up coming back to Grand View!

Perfect location. Centeralized on strip.
Room was clean and comfortable for a cheaper place it was worth the money. It was quiet and great location. The outlet mall was literally next door. We didn't eat breakfast so i cant comment on that. Not fancy but clean and comfortable

We were overall happy with our stay. Hotel itself is dated but room was nice and clean. We unfortunately were by the ice machine so that was not fun early in the morning. The only other negative was the pillows. They are not comfortable at all. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location was perfect for us. We would stay again and bring our own pillows.
