Property is worn —shower doors stick and need replacing but they are in the process of renovating so looking forward to the new look.

We had a wheelchair accessible room. Our room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was one of the largest I've seen in a hotel. It could use some updating, but they were starting that process. I would definitely stay there again.

There was roaches in the room. The bed was caved in i had to sleep on the floor. Then 730 to 800 a work crew under my room started to work on the room under us banging and Woke up the kids that early on a Saturday on Vacation. When i went to talk to a manager No one was there so we had to call a manager and tell her. She said to refund my money. I still havent received my money

Not Windham quality
Our room definitely is not pictured in the advertisement. Decor was at least 20 years old, beds were lumpy and broken down, bathroom fixtures were old, stained and finish was cracked, looked to be the original installed in the mid/late 80's. Breakfast was so so. Definitely nothing was Windham quality. Very disappointed.

Wonderful place to stay!
We always stay at this hotel! The thing I love the most is the beds and pillows are so comfortable! Always have friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean, great location close to all the shows and shopping!
