At a time of frustration from another hotel in Brandon, Holiday Inn and the kindest human at the front desk made a stressful sitaution melt away with excellent customer service, very clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing shower and to top it off one of the best breakfasts in a hotel!! Everyone that worked here were all so kind and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

The rooms were kept in great condition, clean and comfortable. Other than street noise, it was very quiet in the rooms. The breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel and its staff are so pleasant and always try to make sure you have everything you need. Very clean and friendly and welcoming. This hotel is a regular option for stays when I am in Brandon! I highly recommend this hotel.

It Works for a Night - But Very Noisy

This hotel is conveniently located, with loads of parking and free breakfast. The hotel is the type that attracts families with children, as well as many, many sports teams. They tend to be noisy at all hours of the night. But unfortunately this is a wood frame structure, which means that every foot step and sound is not only heard but also amplified. If you're staying, bring ear plugs otherwise you'll never sleep. They will be a saving grace.
