Clean rooms, friendly staff, some upgraded facilities and a nice breakfast. For the price this is a great place to stay. The pool area could use some renovations and the hot tub jets didn’t work but it was still fun for the kids. This is a great place to stay if you’re passing through for a night or two but if you want to enjoy Livingston, stay downtown as this place is closer to the highway and more ideal for “passing through.” I would definitely stay here again with kids. It was perfect for our family.

Staff very friendly and the room was clean but the bathroom configuration was weird with the sink in the main room.The toilet wasn't attached properly and moved every time you sat on it. The bed was small for a King and pretty hard. The beakfast was good but the coffee was empty by 830 am and not refilled. I would have left a better review if I felt it was better value for the money.
