Shut down and renovate now.

The property needs to be renovated in 2025. It is falling apart and makes you wonder if you are taking bed bugs or other critters home. Carpets are shabby, bathrooms are in disrepair, ligting is dim, rooms are dark, the environment makes you feel grimy. They can do better!

Will not stay again

Our room was on the far side of the hotel, towards the secondary entrance. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and industrial cleaning products. The linens in the room were fresh, but the room itself was in disrepair (tile missing, wall peeling over the shower, tv cabinet broken and veneer missing). One of the headboards had something splattered across it, and lampshades were visibly dirty. I will not be staying here again, would not recommend to others.

The interior is very dated, but clean. The facilities are nice. The pool was way too cold in December to be usable. All of the staff was outstanding.

This is my favorite hotel, hands down. Staff is always kind and helpful; food and drinks are always good. I say "always" because consistency matters and I am never disappointed with the menu choices I make. The atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant are perfect for me - warm, relaxing, inviting - I feel at ease when I am there. This was my fourth or fifth time staying, but the first time staying without a convention going on. It was so nice to see the atrium without stanchions! Just beautiful. The poinsettia decorations in the lobby were lovely and even extended into the restaurant lavatory. And while this was my first time staying in a standard room vs the amazing suite I have only stayed in, the room had everything I needed, was spacious and clean. I could not have asked for more. Well, I did have to ask for another bar or soap as I wanted one for the sink and one for the shower, but no worries - visiting the front desk is always a pleasure, not matter the shift - staff is great and eager to help. As I stated - this is my favorite hotel and I can't wait to have an excuse to go back!!!
