We were welcomed by positive statements on the doors. The man at the desk was super nice and personable. The front desk was in the middle of the open area with lots of trendy seating. It is also where breakfast takes place. There were 2 foosball games along with several board games for every age. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours. A great place to socialize. By the elevator were white boards with tons of information about restaurants and activities to do in Bowling Green. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay again here.

The employees were nice and friendly. The only thing we were unhappy with was the mattress. I guess if you like real hard mattress it would be ok. But we do not. Therefore got very little sleep.

Great customer service, cleanliness nice breakfast and if you have an electric vehicle there are 3 chargers. Love that the rooms don’t have any carpet for allergies etc. Close to everything. Definitely will stay again.

Overall it was a great stay! The staff were wonderful at check in & at breakfast!! We did find stray hairs in the shower & there was no glasses/cup in the bathroom for drinking or rinsing your mouth out. So that was not to good.

This is a hidden gem. Have stayed here multiple times over a number of years. It's always been clean, comfortable, and convenient. You're greeted with a smile. The beds are great, the room is efficient, nothing fancy but everything is here. And, it is maintained very well, a welcoming place to stay. A good value away from home.
