Our stay here was great! Perfect hotel for a family, many things to do inside the hotel for all ages. It’s close by tons of dining options, we ordered food in and it came super fast. The staff was very nice, our room was beautiful too! Breakfast was phenomenal, big selection of really good hot & cold food options. Highly recommend!

Really nice property. Seems new. Only complaint is that there weren’t very many people staying at the hotel but yet our rooms were right next to each other to the point where I could hear the neighbor snoring. If there’s an abundance of availability, perhaps spreading customers out would be nice

Amazing hotel!
My fiancé and I visited Bowling Green, KY for engagement photos. We decided to stay with Tru by Hilton, and it was an amazing choice! We were welcomed by a very nice gentlemen in the front as we walked in the doors. Our room was very nice and very clean! All the employees were very nice and very helpful when it came to needing extra stuff in the room. I was quite surprised with how awesome the breakfast bar was. So many options! It was like a mini buffet. All the food we ate was delicious. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay here again! Tru by Hilton is my top choice for a hotel, for sure!

The only issue I had with the property was only 1 of 3 EV charging station was working. It made charging difficult and I had to make a special trip to another charger.

Front staff was great and very helpful. As a whole, the property was nice and clean. My room… not so much. It was a nice enough room for the price, but it wasn’t cleaned during our three night stay. Also, bring your own pillow.

Hilton Tru for the Win!
Great hotel. Newer, exceptionally clean, all the fresh coffee you could want and fantastic staff. The pillows and bedding were great. Although we didn’t use it, the pool was heated salt water and looked in perfect shape. Rob at desk was super friendly and helpful. We asked him where a local restaurant was and he gave us perfect directions. Morning staff was just as helpful and friendly. What a winning property for Hilton. Will plan on stopping again next time through.
