Overall, my stay at this hotel was a pretty good experience. The building itself and common areas seemed to be well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was very nice and was close enough to many restaurants to allow for a quick walk for dinner after a long road trip. However, the room itself was unfortunately a letdown. While the hotel and common areas were great, my room didn't feel clean at all. The walls were noticeably dirty and the furniture was stained and even torn in places. I didn't even feel comfortable walking around in the room without shoes on due to the dirty feel of the carpet. It gave the whole room an unkempt, worn-out vibe that didn't match the rest of the feel of the hotel and really took away from the experience. Overall, if you won't be spending much time in the room and just need a quick place to sleep, I don't think you'd be too disappointed in this hotel, but if cleanliness is a big deal to you and you'll be spending a lot of time in your room, beware that you may not be satisfied.

The gentleman checking me in was nice. The rooms are not quiet at all. You can hear other alarms ringing and it sounded like the people above us were rearranging the furniture when they got up. We checked in very late, like 1A, so were going for a nice rest and by 6A, the wrestling and slamming things around had started. Not the hotels fault, just saying.... it was very loud and I'm not a light sleeper and it woke me up. The room appeared clean, but there were 2 pop bottles left on the floor in one of the rooms, opened and half drank. Not the level of cleanliness expected for the price. Bring your own pillow, these are your standard, no support, squish to nothing pillows.

Old building. The smell hit us as soon as we got in the hotel and got worse in the elevator. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and stained. Weird stain in the bathroom and the bathroom door would t close all the way. Nasty biohazard looking stain on the bathroom wall. If it hadn’t been super late when we got to our room we would have left.

Disappointing Experience – Keep Looking We chose this property over a less expensive option specifically because it offered two beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one king bed and a twin pull-out couch—for four people. The hotel made no real effort to resolve the issue, simply stating they were fully booked without even checking, despite us seeing multiple unoccupied rooms being cleaned. Their only solution was offering an air mattress. Beyond that, the elevator was concerning in both appearance and sound, and the pool was drained and dirty. There are better options in Bowling Green at a better price—keep shopping!
