The pool and hot tub were in rough shape we booked for hot tub as we were on a long road trip all the jets had been broken off and kids were using them as diving sinkers to find in the bottom of the hot tub which truly was like a bathtub a dirty bathtub

The main problem with the stay is that the shower didn’t work. When you tried to pull the stim up for the water to go into shower head it wouldn’t work. So we couldn’t take a shower and that was very frustrating. I told the front desk lady and she said sorry!! I’m not sure if she contacted anyone or not. We have been staying at Holiday Inn’s for many years and this is the first time the shower didn’t work.

Not a great experience. Very disappointed.

Usually holiday inn expresses are nice and a pleasant experience. This was NOT the case. First of all, I paid $140 to just basically sleep there for a few hours after a wedding we attended. Upon entering the room, the entire room smelled like a pool area. My wife says “OMG look at this!” and pointed to a small work like bug flopping around on the bedding. We thought surely it was a “bed bug“. We inspected the mattress thoroughly and didn’t find any more, but that was disgusting. Made me feel like I was having creepy Crawley things on my ankles throughout the night. The windows did not block out any light whatsoever. There were kids running up and down the hallway, screaming at the top of their lungs until about midnight. When I got up the next morning, I noticed there were crusted contact lenses sitting on the top of the sink, first, I thought it was my wife’s until she pointed out the same to me. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. The toilet ran all night. When we decided to leave, we realized they had actual hot breakfast and decided we would eat. Of course, that too was a horrible experience. Gross fake “omelettes” and sausage links that have fragments of bones in them. You could have used the biscuits for hockey pucks. And then to top it off, I was trying to check out some ghetto lady cuts in front of me and another lady, tosses her room key on the counter “I can’t get in my room!“ starts the whole neck rollin thing “They gonna piss me off”. Embarrassing. Never again

No Complaints!!! Very Pleased😁

My stay was wonderful!!! The staff were very hospitable and they acknowledged and responded to all of our needs in a timely manner. The facility was very clean, the kitchen staff and the complimentary breakfast was also amazing!!!
