Terrible stay

We look forward to stay somewhere that is nice with a pool and breakfast for our basketball team the kids enjoy this time but This places started off terribly we spent all day at a basketball tournament when we got to our rooms at 320 pm even tho everyone had already paid none of my players rooms was ready wasn’t able to check in until almost 430pm Then we was put on the fourth floor went to go swim and the elevator was broke down walked all the way down stairs and the heater was out on the pool the water was so cold you couldn’t even bare and then the morning breakfast was terrible

Room reeked of smoke. Front desk claimed it must have been previous renter but it was extremely strong and hadn’t dissipated by morning. All they did was hand me some air freshener to use which was empty after two squirts. Cleanliness and customer service atrocious.

The hotel overall was decent. The staff was super nice and helpful. They had coffee in the lobby which was nice. What I didn’t really like was the room wasn’t soundproof like it was advertised. We could still hear outside the room. The shower head was dirty which cause the bathroom floor to flood with water when taking a shower.

Televisions were not synced to the proper time and day, so they didn't link to my device. No big deal. But then the shower takes around ten minutes to heat up. Not good. Breakfast was standard fare, but good. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, and that's the most important part.
