We liked our stay we were disappointed that we came to rest and relax, but at 5:30 am the fire alarms went off We were not heard when we asked for a longer stay or a refund on our stay

Stayed for our anniversary and had plunty of things near by dinning and shopping. Staff was nice everytime. Coffee machine in lobby was broke the whole weekend which was alittle disappointed but they tried by having the coffee machines they have in the rooms out but not the same.

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. The only suggestion I could make is to have more choices for breakfast, although what they did have was excellent.

Wasn’t told by front desk, Handicap Accessible room I requested, had repairs being done on the Room next to us. The noise started at 8am. We are late risers! I received a call from the Front Desk AFTER the noise started. ☹️

Very nice hotel. It looks to have been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean from the parking lot to the room. It’s easy to get to from interstate but not right on the main road through town so it was quiet. I would stay there again.

Extremely dirty bed and bathroom. We were in the room less than 5 minute's and left. Comfort Inn Corporate office should seriously check this franchise out. All they did was hurt their brand.

The suite was large, but not your typical sofa bed, it doesn't fold out so wouldn't plan on it for sleeping 2 adults. At check in i was charged double then my booking price,but they did correct it after speaking with manager. Beds were on the hard side. The breakfast was better than most hotels.

Staff were wonderful. King suite was large and exactly what we were looking for our stay. There was no daily service so I had to ask for towels and trash bags. I didn't mind, but this may not make others happy. I realized the last day that you could request the service by 11am. Also, could have used more washcloths...I asked and was accommodated.

Would stay again; nice location
Overall, very nice. Lighting wasn't the best and it was VERY hard to get the room to a decent temperature and it was very humid despite the A/C running non-stop
