Our fridge was not working, but the front desk clerk swapped it out for me. Luckily I had a cooler that keeps things cold for a long time or my food would have gone bad. The pool was a bit dirty and the hot tub was filled but not at all warm. Food was good and the hotel was quiet in the evening.

The lady working at the desk was so nice. Everything was clean. The breakfast was one of the nicest I've had at any hotel in the past years. One note: I was concerned about a man who kept coughing around the buffet. Then, I noticed the lady came out and sprayed Lysol and even sprayed it in the elevator after he left. I liked that.

Upon arrival, front desk staff gave me the wrong key and I entered a room with another guest inside! And over the next 2 days I had to go to the front desk multiple times because the key to the new room did not work. Facility in need of general maintenance & repairs.

Horrendous stay

My. Stay was absolutely horrendous. The hot tub flooded the bedroom and we had to change rooms at 1:30 in the morning just to leave by 11 I will not use this hotel again. I am very unsatisfied and have requested a full refund and have still not heard back from the hotel. It is now Tuesday. My stay was on Saturday. I am very unsatisfied.
