Tidy room, great tv, partly upgraded. Everything was good apart from the old box air conditioner, very loud, even on quiet mode it was like a lawnmower in the room, couldn't hear tv and couldn't sleep so had to switch off.

Roomy enough with bench space. Adequate lighting. No carpet which is good, new looking tiles. Wi-fi worked. Comfortable bed and pillows. The fridge worked well enough to freeze the Esky bottles. No shampoo though.

The property had the most unkept appearance inside and out. Stained filthy carpet and drapes. Nothing pleasant about it except walking distance to food outlets
