Have visited this hotel before but was very disappointed this time. Had problems all the time we was there with the heating. Aircon kept coming on and for 3 nights we was cold. Mattress with springs was awful. Asked for a mattress protector and one was put on for the second night but still so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep. Carpet very badly stained. Tap in bathroom was leaking and floor kept getting very wet. Shower gel was empty when we arrived and still empty when we left. Breakfast was good and staff tried to be helpful. Won’t be using this hotel again unfortunately.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided perfect support for a restful night. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, making me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommend this place!

Not keen on Bournemouth hence the low rating for the area the hotel was superb, very reasonable rates, secure parking, large clean and comfortable room . The breakfast was incredible

Worst sleep ever

Generally the hotel is nice, but was really disappointed once we got upstairs. The main bed was probably the worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. The frame was really creaky, but the spring mattress was also noisy, lumpy and generally uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also really poor, dipping in to the centre and where the fold is. When feeding back to the hotel upon checkout, they were very dismissive and surprised that we had a problem. Told me they don’t really cater for families and what did we expect from a sofa bed! They sent a message to maintenance about the main bed, but I don’t believe no one has mentioned this to them before. Offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill, which I had already paid for and still haven’t received a refund. Disappointing experience from a brand that should know better!
