Great stay at this lovley hotel

My stay was great the hotel room was spotlessly clean .The room had a nice view lots of lovley lighting comfy bed.my only criticism was the breakfast was great with some hot choice on a buffet plate but the fruit on offer was out of a tin tinned pears etc apart from that great and lovley fresh coffee would return here for sure.

Hilton Hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, we found it very clean and tidy. The room was also clean and tidy. A couple of things is the shower floor was very slippery and that’s even before you’ve used the shower gel and the other thing what was wrong was that the sink plunger was broken. The mattress was so uncomfortable because we could feel every spring in the in the bed so it didn’t have a good night sleep. The breakfast was okay the only thing I didn’t like is that I could see the staff in the kitchen were not wearing aprons or wearing anything like headdress i.e. for making sure that hair doesn’t fall into the food this will need to be addressed with hotel management, so if I was gonna stay there again, they may leave the breakfast alone

Nice and clean, fair size room , provision of tea and coffee, comfortable bed, nice clea. Bathroom and shower. . Basic amenities were all good. Housekeeping was not accessible. One had to go down to the reception if you required anything eg jug of water or addition tea bags etc Breakfast was all laid out but no member of staff available.

Lovely stay. Clean rooms. Bed was a little hard for us. Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Hotel is situated on a steep hill which may be an issue for some people. Really good value - highly recommended.

Good place to stay in Bournemouth centre

Very well located hotel near the centre of Bournemouth excellent for visiting the BIC or Pavillion as well as the beach or the town centre. A bit of a steep climb from the beach but this is Bournemouth and bits are steep! Large electric car charging hub in the hotel car park makes the place even more attractive.

Nice but could be better

Hotel is in a really nice location, staff really friendly but make sure you don't forget your toothbrush as hotel didn’t provide them and the small toothpaste was £1 charge…also parking gets really busy at the weekends with £15,50 overnight stay which is justified I guess given the location. Also couldn’t get to charge my EV as there was a problem with payment / communication error so had to charge once we charged out.

Lovely reception staff

We had a small issue with the shower in our room. We raised the issue with reception and the lady working on the evening of the 22nd February kindly fixed the shower for us within 10 minutes. She was extremely helpful and lovely. Thank you very much!
