Great location, comfortable modern hotel

Great location, although Bournemouth is hilly, underground car park is very convenient, check in quick and room ready early. Room very comfortable, modern and clean - only missing a fridge. Breakfast was excellent - happy to go back

Fine but beware of a steep climb to get to it!

Father & son stay

I will start with critisms. Hair on both beds, shower floor also had hair. I dont mean a full wig but one or two on each bed & shower. Pillows too soft. Not my preference. Rest of room was adequate & comfortable, clean. Staff were very helpful & made everything simple. Recommended breakfast. I would definitely stay again

Noise from Cleaner’s at various times of the day… Tried to rest after noise kept me awake in the early hours from next door room. Then cleaners were going in & out , slamming doors!! This went on for hours!! This spoiled my much needed break away. I did complain & got moved. But it did’nt makeup for loosing 2 day’s of my holiday. I’ve been staying in hotels in Bournemouth for 25 years. For the price they charged. They should put their guest’s comfort as a priority!!
