Hotel was very welcoming and helpful at check in . Room was spotless and very spacious with everything I needed for my stay. Bed was very comfy and had a very restful night . No noise from other guests . I was travelling with my 2 year old grandson and we received a child’s activity pack at checkin and they provided a child’s play room which he loved . All staff helpful and very friendly.

Lovely room, with a comfy bed and large bathroom. Small window with view over car park. Had everything we needed. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Cold plates, cold cooked items and took a long time for empty vessels to be refilled.

Property was in great location especially for BIC and beach. Reception staff excellent but our main concern was with the restaurant - on Sunday they had no water and unable to make tea or coffee even though they had bottles of water. Breakfast plates were cold and cutlery and crockery dirty. We stayed in a supposed deluxe cottage - view was fabulous but room is dated - cobwebs behind radiators and on windows, part of tap missing, toilet doesn’t flush properly and shower in bath at wrong angle and has shower curtain and just feels generally outdated.

Lovely quiet hotel which is first class We did have a sea view which was stunning. Outside other buildings not so pretty - around car park but these may not belong to the hotel. The hotel is extremely well kept and clean Recommended highly.
