Pool and spa are really nice. Plenty of towels and area is kept-up. An hour in the spa after the slopes is relaxing. Breakfast can use more variety. Often out of things and need to wait for P/T attendant to come back. Room fridge and microwabe are just enough. Beds are good, pillows are far too soft. HVAC is noisy. Shower curtain and rod do not do an effective job. The hotel needs to inform guests at check-in and post signage about room noise. Either people with kids running around at all hours or folks needing a hearing aid for their tv is very disruptive and disrespectful. Rooms are there to sleep during overnight hours, not act like a scene from Animal House.

Price was right but room was far from clean. Hair on the toilet and what looked like vomit stains on wall/carpet. Skipped showering in the morning because tub was also full of hair. Couch was covered in stains. Will not be returning.

False advertising!! No Jacuzzi!!
I specifically booked this room because there was a Jacuzzi downstairs by the pool. My boyfriend and I were so looking forward to using the Jacuzzi. I have severe fibromyalgia and severe joint pain. So we got checked in and went upstairs to put our swimsuits on. We came back down and walked into the swimming pool area and saw there was a note on the Jacuzzi that read it was out of order! I was very upset as was my boyfriend. We spoke to the front desk clerk, and he said there was nothing that he could do about it because he’s not maintenance. We spoke to the hotel front desk the next morning as we were checking out and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it either.
