The WORST beds ever in an otherwise Awesome hotel

A great location with an "airline" theme throughout the hotel (i.e., cabin service, cockpit, etc.). However, there is a major issue with the beds (installed just a few weeks ago): They have tufted ticking (the cover of the mattress has "flowers" with hard rods in the center for each tuft) which results in the most uncomfortable sleep I have experienced in any bed in a long time. I requested a topper and they didn't have any. As such, while the room is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, lots of style and with dozens of plugs -- you are tired because of tossing and turning all night trying to avoid the rock-hard "flowers" from digging into you. The beds are like a hospital bed so they retract back towards the wall to give you more space. There is no coffee machine in the room and the free coffee is only between 6 and 7 or 7:30 depending on the day. The internet drops frequently, and so I was trying to use Google Chrome Casting to watch TV and the service would drop. A tech came by to try and reset the service--which worked for that day only. There is a rooftop "ski" lodge-like bar and balcony with a great view of the city. There are so many positives, but the negatives outweight them.

This is a great hotel in an awesome area. Close to the T. Walkable to many shops and dining. The hotel is spotless and the staff is wonderful. I’ll be staying here again,

Staff was nice. Had breakfast downstairs in the lobby. Only had one person taking orders and serving customers for both the bar and dining room. I paid for valet parking. The valet did not keep up with the cars. Just left them out front. When I was trying to return there was no parking and no one to take my car. I tried to call the hotel and no one would answer the phone.

The front desk manager on the night shift was extremely unaccomodating. She was going to deny me to my room unless she got a physical copy of a card for incidentals. I know this is a hotels policy but she was extremely rude. Mikayla should not be a night manager if she doesn't want to help exhausted people who have already paid in full for the room.

absolutely loved our stay! my boyfriend and i went to boston for our anniversary and this hotel was a perfect location! the hotel amenities were great and the staff were super nice (including the cute little robot that delivered things to our door). the rooftop restaurant was really good as well we loved the view and again the staff were super great to us. there is SO much to do around the hotel. i enjoyed all the bookstores and cafes, and we met up with friends at the mini golf a few walks away and King’s Entertainment center across the street! we walked everywhere! right across the bridge to downtown boston and to the park it was about a 20 minute walk and beautiful! 10/10 would definitely recommend and we will absolutely be staying here again!
