Really Nice, and Staff are Very Helpful!
The staff at the front desk (aka “Mission Control”, I kid you not) are extraordinary: friendly, responsive, just a joy to work with. One exception we encountered was a woman on her shift at 9pm on a Friday night; just awful; argumentative, nasty attitude, angry look on her face throughout (we found out the next morning that others have given management the same input). The shower seemed to have been designed wrong; water seeped out of the door and onto the floor; a front desk guy said he had gotten lots of comments about that issue. Overall, staff care, place is clean throughout, great location to walk to shops, restaurants, glorious waterfront.

It was a pleasant stay, but have never stayed in a hotel, like this where the bed goes up and no place to sit and very small. We had to change rooms because bed didn’t work and other room had no table for cpap machine but security and front desk friendly and helped us with our needs.

Room was very cozy, everything was nice and clean. Television was very convenient with a built in chromecast. Staff were very attentive and friendly, including the valet drivers. I will say the bed frame was extremely uncomfortable if you experience pain in your legs easily. The bed is high up and VERY plush so before my feet touched the ground, my legs were pressed against the frame and made getting up very uncomfortable. I got over it by slipping a pillow under my legs before standing up. That is a me-issue not a Yotel issue, but it may save someone else some pain.

It's a new building, everything was very clean and up-to-date with plenty of outlets and USB plugs to charge various devices. Shower was nice. The room was very small, with no desk. So if you need to use a computer, you have to take your computer elsewhere. It's close to public transportation and the waterfront, very walkable.

The room was great! Only thing I didn’t enjoy was hearing my significant other use the restroom. Haha The curtain that separated the bed and bath blocks out zero sound! Other than that it was great!

It was very easy to check in and out, food was delicious. The room was very cool. I chose this because of the loft bed for my son and he thought it was great. The reclining bed was fun. We were able to sit together and eat while watching TV. The robot delivered our dinner!!! My only complaint was the parking situation wasnot clear. There is a garage around the corner and they do offer valet services.

YOTEL & Manny = The Best
Wow! what can I say, I have spent 5 days at Yotel and would return for sure. The room was great and centrally located to what I was looking for. But to be honest, the best part was the service. A super huge call out to Manny who made me feel like a guest in his home. Manny went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me feel special and welcome here. If it were not for him the experience would have been different. I hope that the next time I come to Boston and stay at Yotel Manny is there once again to greet me.
