Our toilet was leaking so we were shifted to another room.in the new room the shower handle was broken. The street below was quite nosy during the day due to contruction. At night there were occaisional ambulance sirens wailing due to its proximity to Mass general.Location was good ., in the heart if beacon hill with shopping, dining, trasit and attractions nearby. No microwave in the rooms , they charge a fee for that. For $300 a night at least we deserve a microwave.. The interiors are a bit dated. Lovation seems to be the only plus point

I was very disapointed and I have stayed here in the past. There is a lot of construction in front of the building which is not their fault. The restaurant staff was super nice and very friendly but the food was not very good and the place is dirty. The arms on booth against the wall was black with dirt and behind the bar area around the floor was also dirty. My room looked like someone tried to break in in the past because the wood was all chipped off near the door lock and the safty latch inside ws all loose. Also while I was there we had an alarm go off and they Sid we needed to leave the building. When we got outside there wasn't any staff members to let us know it was a false alarm. I had to go in and the reception staff were just working like nothing was going on. I had to ask and they were like oh ya some kid pilled the alarm. I think someone should have been talking to the guests as they were coming down and not be completely ignored.

The room was just okay. The rooms need to be updated in the bathroom, the heating and cooling system is loud and the bed was very uncomfortable. The location was convenient and breakfast was good.
