This is the goldilocks of hotels! They've thought of everything. Although it is an older property, it's well maintained and solid. This is our 4th stay here over the last few years and we keep coming back because it is comfortable. Love the breakfast buffet, convenience to the highway, and other pluses such as 2 luggage racks in the room, bottle of water and make-up mirror.

When I arrived at the hotel Friday afternoon I was a little disappointed with place and staff. I had big luggage’s and nobody to help. The front desk male attended was rude and confrontational . When I finally got to my room it was so small I couldn’t move my luggage. At 2am i decided I need it to change rooms I could not stay in that one and that when I met Britney at the front desk and she changed my life. She was extremely efficient and profesional, her English was wonderful and her demeanor friendly. She took care of me, changed my room right away. I was so impressed by her that ended up staying 3 extra nights. Thank you Britney I will come back to the Westin for my next visit.

All the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an excellent experience. From the front desk staff, the waitstaff at breakfast and dinner to the very busy Starbucks Barista, everyone was welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. If there is anything I would add, it has nothing to do with staff. I find it odd that the bathrooms have no safety grab bars or working exhaust fans. Plastic liners for the bathroom A better quality magnifying mirror would be a nice touch.
