The hotel with centrally located. We were disappointed because parking was $70 a night in addition to a $30 a day service fee which we were unaware of. Parking in Boston is expensive, but it doesn’t need to be $140 expensive. In addition, not knowing about the $30 a day convenience fee they charge in addition to the cost of the room on Expedia was obnoxious. We also found someone’s dirty underwear behind the curtain in our room.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and convenient location I dont travel too often and was unpleasantly surprised by the amount off added fees and the price of parking. The $30 a day destination fee which can be used at on site venues, was particularly annoying as I checked in at 11:15 pm and was still charged the fee for the Friday night. Very lovely coty and hotel but be ready for a lot of undisclosed charges

Issues with the breakfast service
The visit was marred by issues with the breakfast service. The service was understaffed and slow and was topped off with the buffet providing items (yoghurts) well past their best before date. After tasting these spoilt items, we realize the issue and brought it to the attention of the staff who were quite indifferent.

Amazing staff and wonderful atmosphere
My husband and I spent a wonderful three-night stay over the New Year holiday. The room and view were exceptional. Bar 10 was fun and delicious. The staff is amazing!
