Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel was clean, the rooms could use some dusting and upgrade, but very comfortable. The walls are thin. Another family with children kept us up late and woke us up early despite hotel's noise policy.

Where to start...? Only one elevator working for the entire hotel. Fridge in bedroom is more like a freezer and destroyed everything we put in there by turning it to hard ice. Bed sheets and pillows had what looked like bodily fluids stains and were definitely not replaced before giving us the room. A package of medication/drugs fell out of the bed as we pulled the sheets off to go to sleep. Lying, condescending manager told us extra pillows were not available to replace our nasty stained ones, even though room service guy got us replacements when we asked for it after. No conditioner or shampoo in bathroom. Really not a pleasant stay as is, but the condescending night manager was easily the worst part.

Incredible experience, stayed in the executive junior suite and it was amazing and affordable! The room was beautiful and the pool was great. Everything was very convenient and the staff was very nice. Will definitely be back!

Check in took an extremely long time. They didn’t have enough staff to do so. Most of the rooms were not ready for MULTIPLE people checking in. Some were delayed hours. Additionally, a lot of the parking spots in the garage were double parked making it near impossible to park a small SUV.
