Be aware they do not have onsite parking. There are two unloading spots out on the street. Both were occupied when we arrived and I was forced to park illegally. I had to quickly make two trips with luggage to the room while my wife waited in the car. Then drove two blocks to park in a public garage at a cost of $50. Expedia suggested we were entitled to a room upgrade but the room we got was small and cramped. Breakfas was good but there is no proper dining area. Hotel itself is very nicely decorated but wouldn't stay here again.

The Kendall is so charming and cute! We stayed for my sons bday and it’s was perfect. It felt like staying at an old friends house. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family with kids loved everything about the property. The location was ideal for a visit to MIT and local restaurants, short cab to central Boston. The hotel itself was so elegant full of character, room was clean and spacious and staff friendly and accommodating. Great start to the day with breakfast included. Highly recommend.

My stay at the Kendall Hotel was great! The staff was welcoming, helpful and overall very kind. The hotel and room were clean and loved that there were aspects of the firehouse throughout. Parking on premises was also super easy. I truly appreciated the buffet breakfast that was included with my stay. It was way better than the usual continental breakfast! The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the elevator was out of service during my stay. The staff was super apologetic which was appreciated. However having to go up 6 flights of stairs every time to get to my room was a little tough. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Kendall Hotel!
