I thought this was a great property with wonderful amenities. But our room was VERY loud. There seemed to be something loose in the vent system so every time it clicked on it was very loud. We were woken up many times throughout the night. Also, the remote didn't work for the tv. It appeared that the batteries were dead. I told the person at the front desk but they didn't appear to care and offered no solution.

Went up for just a night to see a comedian & celebrate a birthday. The location of the property was great. The valet service and the guys working the doors were really nice! Front desk staff weren't really friendly and were a little uppity. The reservation was for 3 people in a room with 2 queen beds yet we had to ask for a 3rd person's towels, bathrobe, glass, etc. The bathroom "amenities" were laughable. Tiny little shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & lotion. Not enough for one person much less three. There are no hooks in the very small bathroom to hang the robes or wet towels. It's like it sooooo wants to be a fancy high end hotel in downtown Boston but it's just not. Can’t imagine I'll go back with the other options in town.
