Looks like the management either do not care or do not know how to run business, care about the place and respect their guests. All needs to be properly clean, refurbish and give care. It's such a missed opportunity for great inn...

I was completely satisfied with what I paid for. Perfect for ovation and cost to explore the city. Not glamorous , but just fine for me. And they were incredibly nice, easy to deal with and bent over backwards to work with me on my dates and travel schedule due to work issues. I have zero complaints.

This place was very good for the emergency reservation, they are keeping people from disaster. The facilities, however, are very substandard, even given the price

Needs a lot of work.

The stay wasn't the greatest. The Inn needs a serious make over. There wasn't enough towels. They need new beds. Window shades falling apart. The entire room and bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom sink. Refrigerator was dirty. Tiles cracked and falling apart. The last two nights was not a good because all we heard was noises. I dont know what else to say. If you're looking for comfort, this Inn is not a good place to stay. We are very disappointed.

the place is located in a good area, but I don’t know how the place is open still. the bathtub in the bathroom is clogged, so when taking a shower your feet are deep in water in a bathroom that everyone else uses. everything is so old and does not look clean at all maybe because of that?

It's not the Ritz Carlton & it doesn't need to be

Let's be honest. If you're looking for the Ritz (or even the store brand) then this isn't the place for you. I spent just over $400 with tax for a 2BR with private bath apartment on St. Pat's weekend in Boston. There's a TON of great food and bakeries within walking distance, it's 5-10 minutes walk from the green line and there's multiple buses that go into town. It's it a great place? No. Is it a great deal for the money, hell yes.

this place is at best inexpensive and a place to sleep when driving home would be unsafe. check in and out was a hassle as the lobby is locked to the outside world. you have to stand in the doorway in the cold with your luggage and call the number, wait a while for someone to pick up, and continue to wait after the call for someone to let you in. the unit we stayed in was a block away from the check-in building, where the only (paid) parking was, so we had to walk on the ice and snow with our luggage, up three flights of stairs and down a long hallway, only to be met with the wrong room. the employee then brought us to a room SIMILAR to what we booked, but with two twin beds, not queens. we didn’t fuss because we were tired happy to be in a room with a private restroom. i swear to god we stayed in someone’s apartment while they were out of town that weekend. the unit was dirty and cluttered, and missing blankets, toilet paper, and towels. after calling, the employee returned with the missing items. we walked the block back to the farrington address for check out and ended up slipping and falling on ice right outside, scraping my knee. again, the checkout process was a hassle. all of this being said, i suppose you could argue that you get what you pay for. hotels don’t cost what they used to, but for $200ish for one night we were disappointed.
