Nice hotel but room for improvement
Evening front reception staff on our first night were unprofessional and rude. The Manager promptly responded however, and corrected things. Good location. Need to improve food and beverage options in the hotel, eg. perhaps offer a way for guests to purchase dessert/coffee/after dinner drinks in the lovely lobby area or to go.

Not convenient at all for a family with a small child. No bed protector, no playroom, no kids menu. Besides, in-room menu was poor and not healthy. Breakfast reasonable although.

Outlets in the room were scarce. Bathroom so small that the shower sprays on the toilet and the counter (obvi with the curtain closed.. I think they need to switch out their shower heads to something less aggressive) AC unit is so loud it sounds like a jet engine; wish I was kidding about that!
