Location is perfect. Easy access to the subway and within walking distance to many great historical places of interest. The view was amazing. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed her several times due to geographic convenience and the excellent and kind staff. However, the noise of the dog barking in the next room at night was frankly enough to make me discuss this with the staff -- something I have never needed to do. While pets may be welcome, perhaps on a set floor where all barking is welcome at all hours??

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. However it faces a busy main thoroughfare and the huge beautiful windows are not soundproofed so the street noise is VERY loud. Also, they are so understaffed the people who are working seem like they are all working 3 jobs at once
