A delightful B&B experience in this charming rowhouse just steps away from the Public Garden, Boston Commons, and Beacon St venues. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room quaint, and the continental breakfast was ample. And all day access to coffee and cookies was great. Can’t beat the value. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter and I stayed here for two days while visiting colleges in the area. It is such a unique hotel and we could not have been happier. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect to local parks, transportation, and dining.

The College Club of Boston is an outstanding facility. We felt comfortable and at home the minute we stepped in the door. The staff was very professional and knowledgeble about the area history, dining options, touring options. The room was spacious and quiet. The morning breakfast was excellent.

If you want a taste of old school Boston, and I mean old, this is it. A dark-paneled atmosphere infused with history, tradition and old fashioned elegance. Excellently run, clean and quiet, located in one of Boston's prettiest , old world neighborhoods. But it's not for everyone. Dimly lit as befitting an old residence. There are no TVs in the rooms, only books. Probably best for older adults.

Mark, thank you for taking the time to review our lovely Bed & Breakfast. Built in 1864, this gorgeous brownstone rowhouse is one of very few kept in original design and build. From 14' ceilings, to plaster, to crown mouldings, to gas lamp hardware - yes, we're old, but we're beautiful. With double rooms at 360 square feet, bay windows and sitting areas, we are offering a homey stay to our visitors. Many guests positively comment on not having a TV, and appreciate the opportunity to wind down and enjoy their stay and each other peacefully.You're right, after decades of hotel management in hotels of all types, I am proud to say that typically our guests choose our B&B because they *want* to stay in a place like this... and we love that!Hopefully your next visit will be a few nights longer; please stay with us again!
