Everything was fine until......this morning. Upon checking out I was told that the night worker who checked me in gave me the wrong parking instructions. This was after asking her 4 times to ensure I was parking in the correct parking garage. This was very disappointing especially since I paid more to park then expected.

Amazing hotel, rooms are really comfortable and silent, perfect place to rest. The staff is extremely happy, there was this guy named Ricky who's the friendliest ever! Food was good, breakfast was delicious. Zero complaints whatsoever.

The best room in the boxer is their cat bird rooms nestled in the apex of the building windows. The wrap around glass and odd geometry make it my favorite in the city. I put it up against The Ritz any day. The hotel itself is somewhat lacking. I checked in with a 7lb Yorkie and was told I’d have to pay a $100 cleaning fee which isn’t exactly pet friendly. Deposit yes, fee no. Definitely should be noted on Expedia.

The property was in close distance to TD Garden Arena. The hotel could have better parking don’t like you have to park a block away and walk to the hotel but other than that the hotel was excellent

From the moment we arrived we were extremely surprised with the heartwarming welcome we received from Carine and Ricky!!! They paid attention with all our needs ! The restaurant was outstanding and staff took great care of us !!! We highly recommend the jewel of a property.. we will definitely be staying at this hotel for our next trip to Boston

Loved this place
Traveled for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved the hotel! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the location is very central to so many great parts of the city! Close walk to transit and the amazing North end. Highly recommend!
