Everyone was super friendly, helped with recommendations and service was excellent. It’s right by the subway station but there’s lots of walkable things to do. Hotel is clean, drink and food are very good as well. We were there for 4 days and definitely couldn’t fit everything in… we will be back!

Check in was at 3? Maybe 4. But we arrived at 4:10. Our room was not ready for another hour. We had some where to be. While we waited in the lounge there was no bar tender or food.

The check in process was great the guy at the front desk was friendly & helpful. Our fridge however did not work in our room & had leftover stuff in it from prior guests. I informed the woman at the front desk upon checking out but she didn’t seem phased.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were perfect. Small but we were only sleeping there. Stayed here for a get away weekend and Celtics game on Saturday night. Very close to TD Banknorth Garden. Walked everywhere. Dinner in Northend every night.

Excellent be aware of parking

The hotel was amazing. Very convenient to tb gardens. Only thing is be aware of parking is $40 per night. To be expected in city. Parking is a 4 min walk.

Rose was great at the front desk. We did go the bar/ dining room for drinks and apps. The bartender kept disappearing and was not that available to us. Otherwise it was a great stay.
