Underwhelming stay
The room was ok. There were paint chips on the ground, and our window had a really large crack in the glass. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a little smaller than expected but not a big issue. There was a $50 amenities fee for an 2 night stay even though there were no amenities, I guess you get taxed twice? The doors were also thin, as we could hear everyone enter and exit their rooms on our floor. There was also one singular elevator that was rather slow. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I’d stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for a Celtics game the weekend after Christmas. It was our first time in Boston, so we weren't sure how well we would get around town for sightseeing. This hotel was amazing for its location in proximity to the T and for TD gardens. Our room was comfortable and homey. I have no complaints about The Boxer!

Great boutique hotel. Roughly 5 minutes walking distance to the TD Garden. Came for a celtics game, will be stsying here again next time.

This property was a close walking distance to TD Garden, shopping and restaurants. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable. The tv did not work, called the front desk and they did offer to change our room, but it was late and we were already settled in. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was delicious. We ordered the banana foster french toast, and I've been thinking about it for days. I would stay here again. I think the price of the room was great considering how close to everything you are.
