Great location for exploring Boston - easy to get in and out, near a parking garage. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, the room is a nice size and we had a nice little balcony view of downtown Boston, which was beautiful at night. Would recommend and would return

The hot water in the showers was luke warm at best and there was hair in the shower when we arrived. The refrigerator I had requested be brought was old and wobbly.

Nice stay, great location!

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect! Loved that they had a refrigerator full of water for guests. Definitely took advantage of that by grabbing a bottle every day.

Drugged and assualted now fighting for my deposit

I was drugged and assualted here and aparently the manager seen me being wheeled back in to the hotel, "obviously" out of it. Now over 10days and Im fighting to have my 300 worth of deposits let go. They wouldnt check on me even when My signifigant other called them to ask. They over charged the 3 night but tho I was in another world they managed to get me to pay a higher rate and take my card for deposit #3. They must have seen how messed up I was. Hotels.com is fighting for me tho! Get them Hotels.com and thank You for your kindness theough this difficult time. This hotel makes me feel like Im still being assualted everyday they play games with my money and act as if I do not matter hope y'all happy with yourselves.
