The room was very old and not real clean in corners. No outlet in bathroom. Not very convenient to downtown. Would be afraid to walk around after dark as a single woman.

STAY AWAY! We checked into our room, got ready, went out, returned & they rented our room to another guest! And kept our things in it! We had to call the police. They weren’t giving us our things, at least not all of them. It took 3 efforts. The person staying in the room, poured out of my facial oils on the clothes in the room, because they were disturbed at 2am! They also went through my things, used my toiletries & then damaged my clothes. All of which I had to disregard. Non of This will be replaced or am getting reimbursed, except for with Expedia! They have been great and refunded us our room. This is / was beyond!

Good option for type of hotel property
Very clean place. Comfortable bed. Good internet. Decent breakfast with lots of options. Staff nice. Parking not included! $25/day even though the property is surrounded by parking spaces. (Their own lot.) Seemed a bit chinzy. Otherwise, good option for type of hotel, 2 star meaning not a lot of extra amenities. There is a great gym a 5 min walk away where you can purchase a day or short term pass.

We arrived the night we were supposed to check in and for some reason my booking got canceled even though I had called the hotel to confirm it. Both Expedia and the hotel blamed each other but truth is I had no hotel for that night.

The staff here were disorganized, they didn't communicate with one another, and they were either scared of their managers or completely incompetent in the face of dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. Instead of trying to resolve a straightforward issue, the Guest Relations Manager instead resorted to gaslighting and victim-blaming, dragging me into a shouting match in front of his staff and other guests. The housekeeping staff shredded to tatters my dress they didn't need to touch. The hotel management refused to take responsibility for the things they did, and instead exist as a bulwark in defense of their own egos. This hotel will ruin your vacation in Boston. Do not book here.

I would not recommend this hotel. Lots of things didn’t work properly and we had to fix it. Temperature of room set at 99 degrees. Pillows very uncomfortable

Property is a bit dated but they appear to be working on some upgrades. Rooms were clean and not noisy. Breakfast was great and it was easy to get to transit. Is a good half hour to hour by transit to get to major attractions though.

The customer service was outstanding however the room was dirty and then they placed us in another room and it did not have cold water so eventually they had to upgrade our stay to the Irish hotel right up the street. We were very thankful that we had an upgrade to be able to stay, but the hotel original hotel needs a lot of work

Room was 80 degrees, notified front desk, they told me it’s an old building, open the window. I explained no screen. She moved us. Next room, still same hot room, but we did have a screen. This rooms toilet leaked at the base. Next morning we asked for another different room or money refunded. Next room was ok except food left in refrigerator from previous guests. It makes you wonder if they cleaned it. I hope everyone else’s visit goes better!
