I was here for a short overnight during travel. Check in (Oscar I think) helped me reserve a taxi as my flight out was before the shuttle was active, so that was appreciated. There was a little confusion getting picked up by the shuttle but it worked out. And grateful for the on site bar/ restaurant. I was too tired to go in search of a place to get a beer and a bite. Made a difficult day better. The bed was comfortable and room surprisingly quiet considering some kind of school event was settling in as I turned in.

It was a pleasurable stay. However you could have mentioned in your app that their shuttle pick up is only until 11p. The reason we picked this hotel is because of the shuttle service and we did not land until midnight. We were disappointed that we had to take the uber. Good thing they were close to the subway. That made up for it.

Room service never cleaned up the room, though we notice they came in since the trash was taken out. The $30 a night to park your car is unnatural from other hotels and felt like they nickle and dime their guests after already needing to spent a ton to stay there. The breakfast left more to be desired. Will probably not return next time.
