Our initial room was extremely noisy and the phone calls were not answered for room service (the only option for food at the hotel due to ongoing construction) We were moved to another room ( a newly renovated suite which was quite nice) but again had issue with an extremely noisy A/C unit. Once again phone calls for food and front desk were unanswered, and the line at the front desk was extremely long so we did not bother trying to wait to discuss Would not stay here again

We had a huge barking dog in the room next to us. When we called downstairs, the fro t desk never answered the phone r after five attempts throughout a thirty minute period so we went downstairs. They did move our room but what a horrible inconvenience to pack up everything (we were already dressed for bed) and relocate. We had to ask for compensation, it was not offered despite being Marriott Bonvoy members- we should have received our room comped completely. The one positive was the location and rooms were clean.

Stayed at the hotel for a concert at Fenway Park. Great location close to the park, was maybe a 20-25 minute walk. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
