The property itself was amazing and it was a beautiful room. It was pricey and for the price I paid I expected a nice bed however the bed was like sleeping on springs covered with a sheet. Absolutely horrible night sleep. You could even hear the springs creak with every movement. Was disappointed the hotel did not make any effort to discount the room or make it right.

Great location and close to everything. The rooms were nothing special and could use an update. Our room had an extremely loud fan (the ac was broken) in it and it was very hard to sleep. The chlorine in the pool was too strong and left me with extremely itchy eyes and skin.

This hotel is beautiful. I loved the decor and cleanliness. It was so easy to walk to everything. The room had an amazing view of Pickering Wharf. The pool was very warm and lovely to swim in.

Would not recommend this property for families, the hotel hires a band that plays loud music until 10pm which makes it difficult for children to sleep, we actually checked out early bc we didn’t know want to deal with the loud music for a second night in a row, staff was not accommodating, simply stating that they have a contract with the band and there is nothing they can do about the music. Would not stay here again

Great stay but not the best value! The hotel is right off a main road and I was next to the marina but did not hear any noise! The pool is small but quiet.

Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent location by the wharf and walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunate that there is no mini fridge in the room and that if an event is happening in the hotel the restaurant accessibility etc are limited.
