We liked the hotel, it was clean and nice overall. I would improve the toiletries because the devices that are installed in the bathroom do not let cream, shampoo etc to come out of the bottles in the necessary amount. There should also be a security guard because there was an incident in the lobby during our stay, and the police took a long time to come to help the situation.

Location was great. Property overall was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the morning coffee/tea bar. Room was nice overall (love the art work) but furniture is getting old and worn. Also bed pillows were horrible (super flat) and WiFi was sub par. We would stay here again mainly because of the location.

Loved our stay at the Revere Hotel Boston Common! I wish the roof top was still open (closed until Spring 2025). They should keep it open until it snows....maybe add some outdoor firepits sitting areas.

Excellent location, great view, good service. Great stay with kids. The only notable flaw: No fridge in the room or vending machines anywhere. Was told to walk down the street to 7-Eleven to get a Diet Coke. Not up to par with the rest of the experience.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. About 1-mile walking distance from most major attractions. The only complaint was the loudness on the city streets at night--lots of horn honking. Our room was on the 20th floor. Bring a white noise machine.

Our experience with Revere Hotel in Boston is rather bittersweet. While the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable—spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas—my overall stay was overshadowed by the unwelcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the reception by staff who seemed disinterested. A warm welcome can set the tone for a stay, but here, I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued guest. Even basic questions were met with short, dismissive answers, which made me hesitant to ask for assistance during my stay. On the brighter side, the rooms were pristine and thoughtfully arranged, making for a comfortable environment to relax in. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. In summary, if you're looking for a tidy place to stay, this hotel delivers on that front. However, be prepared for a lack of warmth from the staff, which may leave you feeling a bit out of place. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it would truly elevate the overall experience.

It’s in a good location. Big bathroom. Beds and pillows are hard so uncomfortable. Was supposed to be given a VIP benefit of $36 towards food and drink, but this was not given.
