Wouldn’t recommend. Rooms are not clean. When we first entered our room we were met with a strong odor, first thing we see in the bathroom is a very much used & unflushed toilet with the lid wide open…well that’s where the smell was coming from. It must’ve been sitting there awhile. Whole room smelled like a porta potty. Not sure how that was missed, they must not clean the bathrooms or toilet at all. The tub was also dirty, there was hair and specks of makeup in it. For $150 a night I’d at least expect a clean room. Not worth that price point at all.

The hotel is dilapidated. Our room was in rough condition and the chair in the room was incredibly filthy. There are drug users on the property, inside the lobby and hallways. The entire hallway smells like pot and there were a few dogs howling and barking and one time a pitbull was roaming the hallways by itself. Our AC leaked water on the floor making for a very wet room. No one came to clean the room on our second night and didnt provide any towels or soap. Staff were mixed. Some would simply stare at you without acknowledgement or interaction. The elevator was broken also. I would not only not return to this place, but I would never use a Red Roof again if this is what they offer.

Other guests were playing electronic devices so loud it sounded like the speakers were inside my room. Staff did nothing. Cleaners shouting down the hall early in the morning. Facility quality was a zero and the price was ridiculous. $72 cab ride to the airport but listed as less than ten miles away BS. Furniture was crap. Placed something on the desk and instantly slid off because one end was four inches higher than the other. Lights flickered on and off like an insane asylum in a horror film. Can’t emphasize how sad and overpriced this place is.

Liked that there were shopping centers around the property(Dollar Tree, Kohl's). The room/bathroom was decent. It was not noisy at all; no one bothered us. The elevators did look like they needed some repair/upgrade. There are no restaurants (that we saw) or dining near the property, which means you have to go out of your way for a meal. Although it is 30 minutes from our son's college, we don't mind coming back to stay here again.

The property was not in good condition from the front desk area on. The rooms were not the same shown in the pictures. The curtains had holes in them. The outlets were covered in dust. The room was extremely dark even with all of the lights on. The bathroom doorknob was extremely loose. The TV was so tiny. It was very noisy including the AC unit. Area was convenient, that was the only good thing. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here with my wife and son. The first room they gave us was disgusting—when we unfolded the couch bed for our son, a cloud of dog hair and dirt flew out. We were literally choking. I went to complain and they moved us to another room, which was tolerable at best—dated, worn down, and still felt grimy. On our last night, while waiting in the lobby for food delivery, I watched two different guests check in and get sent to multiple dirty rooms. One guy found leftover Panda Express and other signs his room hadn’t been cleaned. The second room was also dirty. He was so tired he offered to clean a room himself if they gave him fresh sheets. They eventually got him into a third room. Another guest had the same experience—first room was dirty, had to be reassigned. The only positive I can mention is that the front desk staff were polite. When I asked for water and the vending machines were empty, they gave us bottles free of charge. But nice staff doesn’t make up for a filthy hotel. Would not recommend. Won’t be staying here again.
