Hotel is so beautiful and very clean . We arrive on Friday night around 9:38 PM on April 11 I outside temperature was 36 Heat don’t work in our room 😞 I was thinking, maybe we don’t now to adjust , I call tomorrow the service and the technician tells me the heat pipe doesn’t open. I’m not sure why. So we stay for Tonight out of heat 😞 Overall, everything else was very Nice 😊

Omni Seaport is so beautiful; very clean and is in a convenient location. We stayed in the Artist Tower and we had an awesome view. The bed is super comfortable and the room is very clean and updated. The coffee machine outside is a plus. The gym is huge and I love that you can rent workout clothes including shoes for free. The lobby has a huge open space and lots of tables and chairs plus the free water station is very accessible and refreshing. I recommend Omni Boston at Seaport. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Omni to be close to the conference center. It was the perfect choice. Lots of options to eat and great drinks after a long day at the BCEC. Within walking distance of the waterfront and shops. The facility inside and out was so clean!

Property was great. Staff are great. Room immaculate. Unfortunately there was 2 conventions when there so it was hard for a solo traveller to avail of the property amenites as it was over run. Has to go out to eat each night which was unfortunate.
