Clean & pretty, but not worth the egregious pricing. I came here for my birthday, and upon checking in, I immediately regretted my decision to stay here. Maybe I got unlucky, but the front desk guy checking me in was extremely rude, and didn’t even acknowledge my birthday when checking my ID. Here’s your key & go. I paid for a view— the view was of Southie & I-93, as well as the common pool that the entire hotel looks down upon. The 3 stars is because the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the cleaning staff was hospitable.

Very nice, modern property. Hotel is excellent though rooms are pretty small. Not a ton immediately nearby, but plenty w/i a quick 10 -15 min walk. Right across from the convention center though and convenient to downtown and the airport

worst experience I have ever had in my life. there is no way to imagine how terrible it was—a very rude and irresponsible reception team. very poor service. Can you believe I did not have internet during my stay??? No refrigerator and No Closet in the room !!!! it was looking like a jail, not a hotel at all.

I stayed at the Omni for a weekend stay Friday-Saturday. The amenities were nice and the room was very clean. I was very disappointed in the hotels transparency with fee charges. Upon checkout I was shocked to see 10 additional charges. All labeled with different types of fees. I loved this hotel for the service and cleanliness however it was a disappoint to finish my vacation with an extra charge of $100 . Unfortunately I will not be back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The only negative would be the room size in the artist towers and lack of privacy with the bathroom/bedroom. It was a beautiful hotel everything was extremely clean and we enjoyed the hotel bar and on site coffee shop. I Would be interested in staying in the patron tower if I ever returned.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Boston. It has an excellent bar (The Sporting Club) attached to it. Service was excellent. My one negative would be the room size. It was a little small.
