The view was nice but the room was disgusting. Carpet had stains every inch the beds had nasty stains. I felt so dirty staying in the room. Breakfast was okay. Served powdered eggs, sausage and under cooked potatoes both days with the option of corn flakes or an orange. Served oj of some sort but the cups they give you is sample size.

Upstairs lakeside rooms were quiet and bright. Fridge and microwave in the room was helpful. Good to have ceramic mugs and glasses in the bedroom. All the front desk staff we dealt with were very helpful. Breakfast cook (Paul) was friendly and helpful. Would have preferred if the disposable cups, plates and cutlery used at breakfast were recyclable or compostable.

Room and hallway smelled of smoke so badly we needed to purchase air fresheners. It STUNK. Bathroom toilet and tub were broken and the door key had to be reset multiple times in addition to the door itself being challenging to operate. Hotel is VERY dated, and though it was clean it wasn’t as clean as I would like with stained towels, walls and even ceilings and rugs. Room fridge worked but had no shelves or freezer. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, freshly prepared, but on flimsy paper plates, almost as flimsy as the ONE roll of toilet paper per room. No elevator so if you cannot do stairs you would have needed to know this in advance. Room itself was quiet and temp controlled with a lake view through dirty windows. But the layout was odd, clearly jamming two beds into a space only meant to hold one. As a result no nightstands (for my CPAP), no access to outlets that weren’t behind furniture, no room to manouver and you could only watch tv from one vantage point and had to look way up to do it (one of the beds stuck in a corner). Definitely no room for a crib or wheelchair or walker, and the bathroom was only accessible and functional for a skinny person who likes to bend a lot. Parking lot floods during downpours and is poorly lit. There is a nightclub and restaurant on premise that we did not use. For an extended stay I would absolutely not choose this hotel again.

They told us the pool was open but never was opened. Monday they feed for breakfast old deli sandwiches that were made day before. Food was gross made my son sick

All the rooms need new bathroom not just tile they have old-fashioned bathtubs in all the rooms. The hallways are in halfway decent condition. The restaurant is not open on Mondays on Tuesdays.
