The staff was super friendly and the hotel makes it so quick and easy to check in. When I got there I just picked up my keys. There’s a shopping area about a 10 min walk that’s super nice and has good restaurants. The hotel is good, you get what you pay for furniture is outdated but at least the rooms were clean & have a microwave to warm up left overs.

Room was clean, nicely appointed and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay- no healthy cold cereal choices and coffee tasted like it had been watered down x 5. Outside area was dirty, broken pavement, unclear lines, overflowing garbage. Parking cost - a joke!!!!!! $25 per night in this dirty, beat up, ungated, uncovered parking lot.

I called from the airport to make sure the shuttle was coming and the lady at the front desk said one was leaving at 3. I called again at 330 and she put me on hold and had another person answer to say the shuttle would be leaving again at 4. I had to push to find out what happened. Apparently she forgot and deferred to her coworker to avoid taking responsibility. I ended up booking an Uber after sitting at the airport for an hour and a half. Aside from that, the tub was missing the drain plug, pubes on the bathroom floor, and it seems they were unprepared to accommodate everyone for breakfast.

Comfortable and Convenient

This hotel was affordable and close to family. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We had a non-functional television and several attempts to repair it were unsuccessful. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but we did not wish to repack and unpack all of our bags. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center with several restaurants and Trader Joe's. The breakfast offerings were minimal but they did have good coffee!
